OK, you're gonna hate me, but I have to point these out.

1) It's RYAN Whitney, not Ray (Ray plays for the 'Canes. ;))

&

2) You spelled James wrong, haha.

As for the rest, I think you'll see the return of Syvret on Friday (at least, I hope) because after the second meaningless interference penalty, judging by his ice time (3:28,) Tollefsen was benched the rest of the game. Thing that sucks here is, this took away from Ryan Parent, who had 11:11 of ice time; down from his usually 15 minuets.

Just to clarify, I do like Tollefsen, but he was way too boneheaded for my liking tonight!

I would really like to see Stevens try new people in the shootout, like Giroux & JvR (who are both said to be pretty good shootout guys. Yes, I'm aware JvR wasn't in tonight's lineup, I'm talking in the [near] future.)

Emery looked a lot better tonight then he did in the previous two games; obviously he had trouble at the end, but if not for him, the Ducks would have beaten us by quite a bit, so it was good to see the pretty good Emery instead of the shaky!

One can only hope the team bonding the team will be starting on Monday, in Florida, will help them gel, so they can get back to their winning ways cause this losing is starting to suck just a little.
