Based on the previous two games between the two teams, we can already tell that this series is going to be the series to watch every second of. The animosity between the two teams has really gotten heated, and the Flyers organization seems to really hate Sidney Crosby and the rest of the Pens. I can guarantee that the Flyers will be out for blood come Wednesday, but then again so will the Penguins. This is where things get intense in the NHL, and neither team will be backing down in their reach for the cup.
I usually can estimate how I think the Flyers will do against certain teams, but honestly I have no idea what is going to happen a few days from now. The playoffs tend to produce a different sort of a beast of a game then the regular season. If the Flyers are as hungry as the fans are for the sacred Cup to be back onto Broad Street, then they should hopefully be playing a lot differently then last night. No more bad penalties and Pens powerplay. The Flyers also do have a minor setback since Bryzgalov, who was on top with his improved goaltending recently, is now injured. This will give Bob some time to shine as he’ll most likely be the starter over called up goaltender Bacashihua, but he needs to be ready for it first.
