Now that free agency has begun and the majority of players have been signed, we are going to take a look at the power rankings of the NHL. This is the major lull of the NHL off-season, where little to nothing happens. This is purely my opinion but I thought it would be interesting to take a quick look at what teams have done and whether or not they’ve improved. Each team will be broken down into three categories: Improved, Stayed the Same, or Regressed.
