Everyone’s favorite lovable Flyers mascot, Gritty, has some tips to make sure everyone is staying clean and safe.

Gritty has always been one to tell us how he really feels without holding back. So it’s no surprise he has a long list on how to take care of your hygiene and stay clean.

His first rule is pretty simple. Make sure to wipe down all surfaces with an appropriate amount of toilet paper and fabreze. You bought all of that paper for a reason, might as well make sure you get a use out of it.

Watering your plants is also very important too. He wants you to remember that they are people too.

This is where things start to take a turn in true Gritty fashion. Have a lot of newspaper lying around and don’t know what to do with it? Well he has just the idea for you. Use that newspaper to cover any spills around the house. And be sure to let it dry for 3-5 days.

Remember, tide pods are not for human consumption. But they are like little bars of shower soap for all your nooks and crannies. according to Gritty. This does not apply to towels, however.

We’re a little unsure about the next two. Plungers are multi-use, as Gritty mentioned. And your carpet should be mowed to desired length. We’re just going to leave these two alone and move on.

If your shower drain is clogged with fur, definitely try Nair. We are going to take a guess and say that may be a usual problem for Gritty.

And lastly, remember that Mr. Clean’s magic eraser is not magic and it does not erase bad mistakes. So stay safe out there.

And as Gritty says, all of these tips are awaiting FBI approval. So the results may vary. And don’t worry everyone, he is staying nice and safe right now.
