The Flyers have been able to hit on quite a few of their draft picks in recent memory. Here’s some of the best from the last decade.

Looking back at players the Flyers have drafted in the last decade, there are a large number of players who ended up never playing for the team. There is also a group that have not only made their debuts, but are contributing factors on the current roster.

The draft can sometimes be hit or miss depending on when the picks are made. After the first round, anything can happen. But all of the players mentioned were drafted by the Flyers in the first round.

To figure out these rankings, we’ll be looking at overall contribution and current role on the team. The current draft class will not be taken into account as none of them have debuted for the Flyers.

So this list has us looking from 2010-2018. Though, only one player from the 2018 draft has suited up for the team. Nonetheless, here are the Flyers top five first round draft picks from the last decade.
