After having to wait a more then a couple years, one of the best events the Flyers put on has returned. The Flyers Charities Carnival will take place on March 26th, 2023. Tickets go on sale November 14th.

The event gives Flyers fans a chance to meet players, hang out with them around the concourse with different events going on, get full tours of the locker rooms, bid on baskets put together by players and over all have an experience unlike any other in the NHL. The last Flyers Carnival was held back in 2019-2020 when the event was still known as the Flyers Wives Carnival.

Although it’s back with a new name, expect the same atmosphere from years past. Some events that usually take place to win prizes are the Human Claw Machine, Prize Wheel and other typical Carnival games. You can also take a shot on the ice on a goalie as well.

Tickets for the event go on sale on the 14th of November and they will usually have tickets to meet players go on sale at the same time. I expect tickets to meet players like Carter Hart, Sean Couturier, Cam Atkinson, Ivan Provorov and Travis Konecny will go quick. The tickets are usually limited in size so it would be advised get your tickets sooner than later. With the purchase of the ticket, as in years past, you will most likely be able to get any two items signed along with getting a picture with the player of your choice.

The main attraction as always is the giant ferris wheel in the middle of the Wells Fargo Center. Take it all the way up to get a view unlike anything you have had previously in the stadium. It is also a great spot for a photo op.

The Flyers team stores should also be open. So you’re able to buy a jersey of a player you meet and you’ll then have the ability to get it signed afterwards. Alongside the store, mystery pucks should be available for purchase as well and should be at a limited quantity.

If you have never been to a Flyers Carnival, do yourself a favor and go. It’s a great time not only for you, but for the entire family!
