The Philadelphia Flyers had the worst start to the season. They dropped their first nine games, but then went on a three-game winning streak. However, their last three games of October all resulted in losses.

Although there is plenty of work the Flyers need to do to get back on track, they have a new month to focus on. October might not have been the best, but here are four Flyers games you should keep an eye on in November.

November 9th - Flyers at Canucks

The Flyers managed to get through the entirety of October without a major road trip. That changes in November, when the Flyers go on their first West Coast road trip of the season. The West Coast trip kicks off against the Calgary Flames on Oct. 8, but a day later, the Flyers take on the Vancouver Canucks.

The Flyers might have had a rough start to the season, but the Canucks are in worse shape. They are currently ranked 32nd in the league, the complete bottom of the barrel. While Philadelphia is also down in the dumps at 29th, the Chicago Blackhawks, the Los Angeles Kings, and the Canucks are below them. This game could be a chance for the Flyers to get another two points and some confidence back.

November 17th - Flyers vs Sabres

The Flyers only won three of their 15 games to begin the season, and one of those was against the Buffalo Sabres on Oct. 21. With the need to get back in the win column, seeing the Sabres on the schedule for November could be a sigh of relief for Philadelphia.

While yes, the Flyers already beat Buffalo once, there's no certainty they will do it again in this game. However, the Flyers also have the home-ice advantage this time, which could benefit them.

November 27th - Flyers vs Canucks

After all the Americans celebrate Thanksgiving the day prior, the Flyers will host the Canucks to close out the season series against this West Coast team. Just like on the 9th, this game could be a fun one to watch, because neither team is in the best spot. We'll see if the Flyers can pull out the season sweep, because if the Canucks manage to do so, things will not be pretty in Philadelphia.

November 28th - Flyers vs Islanders

In the final back-to-back of the month, the Flyers get to play a home-and-home series, hosting the New York Islanders the day after the Canucks leave Philly. With a fun division-rival matchup to close out the American Thanksgiving weekend, Flyers fans can make the most of the holiday.
