The time of year has finally arrived. Players have begun to return to their teams and the season is just around the corner.
Before the NHL players take the ice in an official capacity, the rookies will get their chance to shine first. The Flyers have announced the upcoming schedule and roster for their Rookie Camp.
The six-day camp will directly lead into the main training camp as these players will be fighting to get themselves on the Flyers’ radar.
Camp begins on Sept. 12 and runs through Sept. 17. There will be two games against rookies from the New York Rangers, scheduled for Sept. 13 and 14. Outside of the games, practices will run from 11:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at the Flyers Training Center in Voorhees, NJ. They are open to the public.
